I tried reaching out through their contact form because I just needed a simple answer, but it took forever to hear back. When they finally replied, it didn’t really answer what I asked, so I had to follow up again. It felt like no one was really keeping track of messages. Frustrating, and it definitely left me regretting my purchase a bit.

The replies I got felt kind of vague, and I ended up asking the same questions more than once. Even after that, I still didn’t really feel like I understood what was happening or what I was supposed to expect.
Maybe someone else might have a smoother experience, but for me it just felt slow and confusing. I didn’t come away feeling confident about it.
